Delivery Information

We are happy to provide free shipping on all orders for delivery within India. We strive to deliver your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time.

Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.

We make our best efforts to deliver each item in your order within 5-7 business/ working days of your placing the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, to ship the order as we may have to produce /procure it. In the unlikely event that we are not able to delivery your order completely within 5-7 business/ working days of the order, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same.In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded, in the manner you have made the payment or vide cheque.

To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies. While we shall endeavour to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability. If you believe that the product is  not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our all day helpdesk

We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest. All shipments are fully-insured and require a signature confirmation from the recipient. Your order will only be shipped once your CreditCard number is approved by the issuing bank.

PLEASE NOTE: Recipient needs to keep a photo copy of any of the following national approved photo id proofs handy for  receiving the delivery:

     • Pan card 
     • Driving License
     • Passport 
     • Voter identification card
     • Postal identification Card (Aadhar)

 To ensure that your order arrives safely, the courier will require a signature from the recipient on delivery.

Our customer service may contact you for additional information if required. After your order is shipped, you may obtain a courier tracking number by logging in and checking the Order Info. You can track your shipment online on our shipping partner's website, as a registered user and click on the ‘Track-Order’ tab and go to the specific order for which shipment has been done. There would be a docket number clicking on which the user would be redirected to shipping partner’s website where the shipment details can be viewed.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN & CANCELATION 

There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product or a product that is not the same as per your original order. We will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost. In such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team who will guide you on the process for the same at

The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product.
 
1. Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 48 hours of delivery.
2. Products/Items should be UNUSED.
3. Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
4. It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.
 
  1. Refund Clause 
    Refund will be made in the following way: Contact the Customer Care department to get details of the refund policy.
    • If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account.
    • If the payment made was Cash on Delivery, we will send a cheque.
    Please allow 10-15 business days after receiving the product for any refund to appear in your credit card account. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied to your account. 

    If you placed the order using COD, we shall dispatch a cheque within 10-15 business days. 

    Cheques will be sent only to the billing address of the customer. The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically, refunds are processed in less than 10 (ten) working days but in case of payments by Cheque, it may take a few extra days for the cheque to be delivered to your billing address.
  2. Once the order has been placed, you can CANCEL the same within 24 Hours . If not, the product will be shipped to your address as usual. You may then decide if you prefer to keep the product hence confirming the sale or you may return the product as stated above or Refund / Cancellation.
